We are an online group that explores various relationship topics together. Join us to contribute to discussions on the week's theme, observe our coaching techniques, and offer mutual support as we learn and develop as a community.

Why "Relationship Alphabet"? There are many words, emotions, and ideas that we associate with what make up our relationships. Each week will provide a new topic, beginning with the letter "A", then "B", "C", etc. 

The agenda for this weekly meeting will begin with an introduction, followed by our topic's discussion as well as a brief coaching session with an audience participant, and ending with take-aways and an "act of self-care".
